joyful, rich and vibrant were the first words I thought of seeing this! I loved the strength & surety of stroke in the work as well. I must say, I have been highly impressed with the level of Enthusiasm and commitment you’ve practiced in following the Tate manual to conclusion. The next thing is – it is rare that someone can outdo Turner in painting a Turner painting. I liked yours better. As you know in art, sometimes we win, sometimes we don’t – but you certainly had a lot of ‘winners’ come out from this project! really well done đ

You are being very generous but he really was the master of all masters. Spending time exploring his watercolours at Tate Britain is always such an enriching experience.
