I’m always digging around my palette AFTER I paint something, when I start something new – to use up whatever’s lying there. Some people talk about not wasting paper, but I’m all about not wasting paint too. Your palettes with all that paint would be a gold mine for me. And they’re like little abstract paintings in and of themselves.

OK Tina, I will accept your considered opinion in the spirit with which it is given 🙂 The palette is now clean again and ready to go.

If only I’d known before I cleaned it 😦 Maybe there’s a future in palette plates – interesting 🙂

So beautifully abstract, Andrew. Nicely spotted and shot.
