  1. Very clever take of Central Park with the reflection of the room behind you at the top. That is a lovely exhibit space for the architectural relics; where are they from (and if not from the USA, has the originating country asked for them back?)?

    1. Thanks Bunty. The temple is the Temple of Dendur It was removed from its original site about 80 kilometers south of the Egyptian town of Aswan in 1963 in order to save it from being submerged by the construction of the Aswan High Dam. In recognition of the American assistance in saving various other monuments threatened by the dam’s construction, Egypt presented the temple and its gate as a gift to the United States in 1965.
