What a beautiful post Andrew! How far away does your daughter and granddaughter live? This has been such an incredibly hard time. I miss my family beyond words. We are all very far apart and since we can’t fly safely we can’t see each other. It has been very hard on my soul. I am sad but glad that I have my husband and kids here with me. 🙂

Thanks Nicole. I know how hard it must be for you. My daughter and granddaughter are on Vancouver Island so with ferry it takes about 4 to 5 hours. Just coming to the end of our second visit and savored every minute. I hope it won’t be too long before you see your family again who I know must be missing you as much as you miss them.
