The first time I laid eyes on that site, my companion who lived in the city tied a silk scarf round my eyes and led me by the hand to the perfect spot (I did not know where we were going) before standing me still and unblinding me … to say it was seminal understates significantly what I felt …. your picture makes me shiver afresh ☺
