Such a lovely whimsy quality in this picture …. it captures those insane blue days when the water plays with the reflection squiggling it and reforming it to give a non-exact echo of the solid walls above it.
Thanks Osyth. We had lunch in Montignac before driving up the hill to visit Lascaux. It was one of those “insane blue days”. Look forward to hearing from you when you visit the cave 🙂
We are still suffering from those insane blue days … temperatures in the 70s and clear skies. Tomorrow is Armastice – it’s quite unbelievable. Rest assured there will be a big noise when I get to the caves!
