A Hill in Umbria 18.5.15
No canyons today; this week Studio 365 will be in Italy, only figuratively speaking unfortunately, to re-visit memorable Tuscan and Umbrian landscapes with villas on hills surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves or the colourful houses of Cinque Terra perched on the rugged cliffs of the Italian Riviera. Aaaah! Bella Italia.
great sense of depth into the background! love the sense of freedom in the painting 🙂

Hi Andrew! Indeed, bellissima Italia! Umbria is an Italian region that I grow an enormous curiosity about but I have never had the chance to go there. Thank you for sharing 🙂

Thanks Thatiana. You must go; there is so much to see: Perugia, Assisi, Gubio, Orvieto. You should make them your next destinations 🙂

Perugia is definitely on the top of my list. The other ones I still have to make a quick research about, but I am sure they are all pretty little towns. Thank you for the tips!
