After our walk along Spanish Banks last week we took the Admiralty Trail, one of our favourite pedestrian pathways through the Pacific Spirit Regional Park, and enjoyed the glorious October fall colours illuminated by the afternoon sunshine.

Happy Thanksgiving to you to. I’m just waiting for the cornbread to come out of the oven and then we’re going to our daughter’s house for a big Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration. We have 6 birthdays in the space of 2 weeks in October so we decided to celebrate everyone’s on the same day.
