After the breathtaking Fall colours in Québec City yesterday our visit to the Ile d’Orlean today was just as spectacular with our first stop at the Montmorency Falls in the Parc de la Chute-Montmorency, before crossing the bridge to the Island where we picked apples, enjoyed the best strawberries and savoured every glorious colour-filled moment.
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my 1000th post than with these images from our memorable visit today to this beautiful Ile d’Orleans here in the Province of Québec.Home to Vancouver and the west coast tomorrow.
Those strawberries look amazing!

Milles félicitations à ton mille! The pictures are absolutely superb – I could gorge myself on those strawberries though I am less than well disposed to apple pickers …. we have a huge orchard down the road and I had no idea how many people would pour in. Its hard to get out of the drive. Makes me very grumbly so thank you for giving me such beauteous images of Fall. Enjoy your trip!
