1. How do you do that, clever fellow? Evoke the texture of the cave, the colours those men made using natural ‘paints’ thousands of years ago and without even looking at the title I know instantly that we at Lascaux? I love this.

   1. Creating the texture with Polyfilla is the key. When it dries it looks like it could be a thousand years old, and then the fun begins 🙂

      1. no, but I may have to Experiment! it might have the same result as molding paste I’d suppose…

      2. The difference is that when dry it is matt and like stone, which then takes pigment well and can be carved, chiselled and sanded. Give it a try and let me know how it goes 🙂
